similarly I do not see anyone leaving my site through that web ring.

I think social bookmarking tools and feeds have provided the last nail for this coffin.

I think the blog surfing exchanges(see http://www.softduit.com/Blog_Surfing_Exchanges.html)  provided the previous nails.</description>

		<description>I use and recommend feedburner for this service as well.  As a side note, subscribing to your own posts via email, provides a low tech way of backing up your article content in the form of your inbox!</description>
